In the series each call will include workouts and nutrition programming for the week that you will track and email back your progress so I can review and give you immediate feedback specifically for you. We will also leave time for your questions at the end of each of the calls.

This is a four-week phone coaching program, every Monday at 4pm PT (7pm ET). The call will last approximately 30-40minutes.
