Ginger and Ayurvedic Benefits

Lemon Ginger Honey Tea:

Boil water with kettle

Pour water into cup and add 2-3 slices of ginger.

1 teaspoon of honey

1/4 – 1/2 lemon squeezed

Allow to steep for 2-3minutes before drinking. Enjoy this healthy savory drink.
